Element Grow Groups are the perfect place for you to form great friendships with other students your age, build relationships with caring adult leaders and learn more about God as you grow closer to Him. Your group will be encouraged to establish accountability with each other, have consistent personal quiet times, get involved in ministry, and help make an impact in our community. By building up these intentional, meaningful relationships, students are granted access to a world of God-breathed experiences that have the power to change their lives forever.
Our groups are made up of 6-12 students (same grade and gender) that meet weekly with a caring adult leader. Groups meet weekly and run
September thru May. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity, join today!

When and where do they meet?
Students at the Warren Campus meet weekly on Wednesday evenings at Warren Woods Christian School, those at the Chesterfield Campus meet at the Chesterfield Campus in the Sanctuary and those at the St. Clair Shores Campus meet in the home of a caring adult leader.

What does a typical night look like?
Every group will dive into a curriculum formulated by the ESM staff that follows the series launched on Sunday mornings.

What about my leader?
Element Student Ministries has incredible, adult volunteers who are ready to serve and teach students. Our ESM leaders are there to encourage, teach, guide, and help strengthen your walk with Christ. It may turn out to be the most significant relationship of your high school and middle school years.

What is the Small Group Commitment?
Being part of a small group is a privilege. We expect each group member to commit to the following:
Come to group prepared, equipped with a Bible, a pen, a notebook and a good attitude.
Respect your leader. They are giving you their time because they WANT to minister to you.
Respect and be kind to others in your group.
Respect your host location. Help clean-up your group's area at the end of every night.
If you cannot commit to these things we will ask you to no longer be a part of the group.

How do I get involved?
We are so excited that you want to take this next step! Please email Crystal at cmitchell@thewoodschurch.org with your interest.
